For the purposes of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection, TAXLEX GESTION INTEGRAL SL, with Tax ID B44882439, hereinafter TAXLEX, informs the User of the existence of the processing of personal data for the purpose of managing the relationship with users, clients and potential clients, providing information on labour, tax and accounting advisory services, business creation support and news.

SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The sending of personal data is mandatory in order to contact and receive information about TAXLEX products and services.

Failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about TAXLEX products and services.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of submitting your personal data will be processed by TAXLEX GESTION INTEGRAL SL, with registered office at Calle Magistrado Catalá Nº 7, Gandia 46701 (Valencia), having implemented the necessary security measures to guarantee privacy.

ACCURACY AND TRUTHFULNESS OF THE DATA PROVIDED
The User sending information to TAXLEX is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data provided, and TAXLEX is exempt from any liability in this regard.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in all cases, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them properly updated.

The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.

TAXLEX is not responsible for the truthfulness of information not produced by TAXLEX itself and for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no liability for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.

TAXLEX is exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by TAXLEX whenever it comes from sources external to TAXLEX.

PURPOSES
The purposes of data collection are to provide information on labour, tax and accounting advisory services and support in business creation, as well as subsequent contact with the TAXLEX user.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
TAXLEX will not disclose user data to third parties. However, if data were to be transferred to another company, prior information would be provided before collection, requesting the express consent of the data subject.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

You may send your communications, revoke the consent granted and exercise your right of access to your personal data by obtaining a copy of them, the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, the right to erase your personal data, the right to withdraw your personal data from the website, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability by writing to TAXLEX GESTION INTEGRAL SL, Calle Magistrado Catalá Nº 7, Gandia 46701 (Valencia). In order to exercise these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998 of 19 January of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, you must prove your identity to TAXLEX by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or any other legally valid means.

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The User’s personal data will be actively processed while they maintain their status as a User of www.taxlexgestion.com; that is, until they revoke their consent or exercise their right of cancellation, erasure or objection for a specific purpose.

If consent is revoked or the rights of cancellation or erasure are exercised, the data will be blocked and stored in a restricted manner, available to the competent authorities for a period of 3 years in order to address any liabilities arising from the processing.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
Registration on www.taxlexgestion.com is free and voluntary for the User, and therefore the legal basis for processing personal data is the User’s consent.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
The use of the website grants you the status of user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in the personal data protection conditions, accepting and consenting to the processing of your data by www.taxlexgestion.com in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy, in the version published on the website at the exact moment the User accesses it. Consequently, it is the User’s duty to carefully read this legal notice each time they use the Website, as it may be subject to modifications.

In relation to the offer of information society services directly to minors, the processing of personal data will be lawful when the minor is over 14 years of age, in accordance with Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018. When the child is under this age, such processing will only be lawful if consent is authorised by the holder of parental responsibility, and to the extent that it is authorised.

IT SECURITY MEASURES
TAXLEX has adopted the required security levels for the protection of Personal Data in order to guarantee data privacy. In addition, we have implemented additional means such as next-generation firewalls, encryption software for confidential information, access control systems for personal data, restricted users, security policies, and password expiry systems as required by data protection regulations, as well as other systems aimed at preventing misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of Personal Data provided to TAXLEX.

TAXLEX shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system caused by circumstances beyond TAXLEX’s control; nor for delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, data processing centres (DPC), Internet systems or other electronic systems, nor for damages caused by third parties through unlawful intrusions beyond TAXLEX’s control.
